Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of shipment.

Tracking Confirmation
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This will include tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We always do our best to assist you, but KO Baby Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
If your order hasn’t arrived or you believe it was lost in transit:
