Return & Exchange Policy

At KO Baby, we care deeply about your experience — and while we hope you love everything you ordered, we understand things can happen.


Exchanges & Returns

We currently only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or faulty products. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or need to make a change, we’re happy to help if your product qualifies.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached

  • Products must be in original/sellable condition

  • KO Baby must be contacted within 7 days of delivery

If your product does not meet these conditions, it may not qualify for return or replacement.


Buyer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon arrival.
If we are not contacted within 7 days of delivery, we will assume the product was accepted as-is and cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond that point.


Shipping Costs

If an incorrect item was ordered or a change is needed, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipment and the reshipping fee for the updated item.
Additional fees may apply for substantial adjustments (e.g., changing styles or sizes).


Processing Time

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving the item(s).
We recommend keeping your return tracking number for reference.


Garment Care Disclaimer

KO Baby is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or stain treatments.
Please refer to our Care Instructions included in your packaging and on our website.
Use of harsh chemicals, stain pens, or excessive scrubbing may weaken the fabric and is not considered a manufacturing defect.


Final Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
