When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it goes into production automatically. Please double-check your order before placing it.
You may contact us to see if your order is still eligible for cancellation or changes.
What is your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon! If you have questions, feel free to reach out to our team.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We’ll always do our best to assist, but KO Baby Clothing is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
If you can’t locate your package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please allow up to 10 business days for lost packages to be replaced. You can also email us at info@kobabyclothing.com for help.
Do you accept exchanges?
We only accept returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items.
If you ordered the wrong item or need adjustments, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, as well as the cost to reship the replacement.
Additional charges may apply for significant changes (e.g., changing items or sizes).
Where is my order confirmation email?
Your order confirmation email is sent automatically when you place an order.

KO Baby Garment Care Instructions
To keep your KO Baby pieces soft, functional, and long-lasting:
- Always fasten all magnetic closures before washing or drying
- Machine wash cold with similar colors on a gentle cycle
- Hang Dry
- Avoid bleach, ironing, and dry cleaning
- Do not use commercial dryers
Following these steps will help maintain the quality of your garment and ensure our signature magnetic closures continue to perform smoothly — keeping your baby cozy, happy, and ready for every little adventure.
Are magnets washer and dryer safe?
Yes — magnets are washer and dryer safe when cared for properly.
Be sure to close all magnetic fasteners before laundering. Wash on cold, gentle cycle, and tumble dry low for up to 30 minutes. If the garment is still damp, lay flat to air dry.
Avoid commercial dryers and only use non-chlorine bleach if absolutely necessary to preserve the magnets and fabric.
What are these marks or indentations on my new item? Are they damaged?
No worries — your piece isn’t damaged. Because bamboo fabric is delicate, folding during packaging may cause light indentations or shine marks during transit.
These are normal and should disappear after the first wash. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to help.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry that happened! If your item arrived damaged, please email us a clear photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
After 7 days, we may not be able to process exchanges or replacements.
